ICU for the Critically Ill Patient

Our highly trained and experienced staff uses state-of-the-art technology to ensure the best possible care for the seriously ill patient.  Care in this unit is highly sophisticated and individualized. 

The medical staff who admit to the ICU have received specialized training of the critically ill patient, and the registered nurses in the ICU are required to have certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Although they work as a team, each of the people caring for your loved one has special knowledge and skills.  Doctors plan your loved one's care.  Nurses do most of the hands-on care and close monitoring.  Others who may be on the care team are listed below:
